1. Return and Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a return and refund if your item meets the following conditions:

  • The product is in unused, original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • The return request is made within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Proof of purchase is provided (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Opened or used grooming products, food, or health items (for hygiene and safety reasons)

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@freossi.shop or call us at +1 (352) 512-4159. Please include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning your item.

  3. Ship the Item: Once you’ve received the RAN, package your item securely and ship it to the address provided in your return instructions. Be sure to include the RAN with your return shipment.

  4. Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.

3. Processing Your Refund

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Gift cards
